Bubbles in the Bath

Well, good golly, Ms. Molly, if "tomorrow" usually meant 120 hours later, we’d have especially long weeks, eh?!? I learned this week NOT to say "I’ll write more tomorrow" because it’s now 5 days later, and I’ve just "made it back" to the journal section of Wallyce’s Website. Sooooo, forgive me, and let me explain the picture on the left.
Q: WHY? am I in my bathtub fully clothed?!?
A: Well, it’s because in my lovely small apartment in Bratislava, the bathroom (kupelna) is my favorite room "in the house." I - who have not lived in my own place with a bathtub for a number of years – now have a GREAT one ‘neath a skylight. It’s the perfect size for me (since a garden tub would fill the Entire room ;-). I dump in some bubbles, use a towel for a pillow, light a few candles, play a CD…and Voila! I’m in a sweet place of relaxation…what a gift!
I’m looking forward to many such treasured times in the years I’m here in Slovakia….I imagine they’ll be especially nice in the Brrrrr-cold winters.
Anyway, that’s it for this journal entry. I wanted to make sure I answered my own question in case you were waiting for the answer with ‘bated breath….chuckle
I’ll write more when I can….in the seconds before sunrise…
