An online bulletin board allows visitors of a website to post messages that everyone can read at any time.
Since this bulletin board is my personal one, theoretically, only I can "respond" to the messages.
So, just imagine you have electronic push pins and you are leaving a post-it on a corkboard on the door of
a friend. All you have to do is to type your name and message into the designated blocks and click on "send,"
and the message will appear on the bulletin board at the top. (including your email address or website is optional.)
